SUISA attaches great importance to ensuring that the personal data of its members, customers and employees are extremely well protected, yet readily accessible. This is why it has introduced two-factor authentication (2FA) for logging in.
2FA significantly increases security when you log into a website or app. In addition to your username and password (knowledge factor), you will be asked to set up another factor, an authenticator (possession factor).
Portals equipped with two-factor authentication automatically ask you to set up the second factor at your first visit.
Once you have successfully logged in, you can reset or subsequently activate the 2FA in your account settings.

Once you have successfully logged in to “My Account”, you can order your access codes via the “Activate profile” function. For security reasons, the codes will be sent via B-post to the correspondence address SUISA has on record for you.

Your access codes can only be used once. Once you have used them successfully, they expire.
Moreover, the access codes are valid for a limited period of time. The time limit is indicated in the letter or is shown once you have successfully logged in.
Once you have successfully logged in to “My Account”, you can order your access codes via the “Activate profile” function. If necessary, you can re-order the access codes.

Once you have registered for “My Account”, you can activate your profile.
Music makers (authors, publishers) and music users can link their business account with their registered user to access the offered services.
To do this, log in and activate profile to navigate the menu.

You can reset your username in the login mask yourself using the “Forgot Username?” function.
If you do not receive the email to reset your password, please check your spam folder.

You can reset your password yourself in the login mask using the “Forgot Password?” function.
To do so, enter your username in the relevant field so that your password can be sent to you by email.

If you have already activated the 2FA for logging in, the second factor will have to be reset by the administrator. Please contact your “My Account” administrator.
If you are the administrator, please contact customer services.

Once you have logged in to your user account, you can change the email address via your account settings.
If you are not authorised to make changes, please contact your “My Account” administrator.
Please note: your email address is only used for managing your user account and sending you messages concerning “My Account”. If you need to change your email address in any event, please change the data under “profile information”.
