Churches and religious communities
Churches and religious communities regularly play music at church services, church concerts, or youth events.
Religious services and church work
Music during religious services, or free concerts at which only church associations or choirs perform.
If admission is charged, you need a licence under Common Tariff E for the music in the film.
If you livestream an event on social media or websites, you must comply with these licensing terms and conditions.
For events with free admission organised by a church or a religious community, the rights are licensed under Common Tariff C (CT C).
SUISA grants the licence for the use of the music and distributes the proceeds to the entitled composers, lyricists, and publishers.
