List of incompletely documented works
Sometimes, despite intensive research, SUISA is unable to find the rights owners and cannot pay out the corresponding royalties. In this case, provisional works are created, see lists.
As a SUISA member you will find in the members' My Account portal, under the heading "Works database",the list of works which could not be assigned to anyone or which have not yet been registered, but for which at least CHF 50 has been collected in remuneration over the last five years.
Are you the rightholder of one or more of these works? If so, kindly register the work(s), specifying the work number from the list for each registration. The amounts set aside will be paid with your next settlement.
Inquiry List Films
The "Inquiry List Films" provides all audiovisual productions of the last five years for which the cue- sheet (list of musical works contained in a production) is missing. Should you hold a complete cue-sheet of one of the productions included in the list, please send it to the following e-mail address: film@suisa.ch , with the additions contained in the list: film title, subtitle, and director.
