Company or customer events

Are you organising a Christmas party for your staff or an event with music for your customers? We will issue you a licence for the music based on Common Tariff Hb.

If the event is held in a room with a maximum capacity of 400 people and you are not charging admission, we will apply an all-inclusive rate for the use of the music. Depending on the type of event and the size of the room, the rate will be between a minimum of CHF 43.30 and a maximum of CHF 174.80 per day, plus VAT.

If, on the other hand, you are holding the event in a room with a capacity of over 400 persons, the licence fee will be charged based on the cost of the musicians (artists' fees, agents' fees, and travel and accommodation costs), rent and PA system. Please send us the duly completed questionnaire. We will then issue the licence and invoice. Once your payment is received, we shall distribute the collected amounts to the beneficiary composers, lyricists and publishers.
