Tariff S applies to broadcasting companies which broadcast radio and television programs or feed them directly into cable networks. This Tariff does not concern the Swiss broadcasting corporation SRG.
The Tariff applies to music copyrights (the rights of composers, lyricists and publishers) and to neighbouring rights (performers’ and producers’ rights) which are in the purview of SWISSPERFORM. SUISA represents SWISSPERFORM as the central collecting agency for Tariff S.
