Timely declarations
Declare the sound carrier to SUISA at least 10 days before production. Based on your declaration, SUISA will send its authorisation directly to the reproduction facility. The reproduction facility cannot proceed without SUISA’s authorisation.
SUISA only authorises the original recording. For re-recordings from existing sound carriers you also need an authorisation from the producer.

The official, reproducible SUISA Logo for sound carriers can be obtained from the Mechanical Rights Department when you register a new sound carrier.
