Common Tariff Hb applies to the use of music for dancing and entertainment in places other than hotels and restaurants. Tariff Hb covers:
- Music for dancing and entertainment at discos, club and village events, gymnastic squad performances, etc.
The Tariff applies to music copyrights (the rights of composers, lyricists and publishers) and to neighbouring rights (performers’ and producers’ rights) which are in the purview of SWISSPERFORM. SUISA represents SWISSPERFORM as the central collecting agency for Tariff Hb.
