«Concert» means an event attended by the public for the purpose of listening to music. The definition also applies to similar events such as variety shows, revues, theatrical performances with musical accompaniment (non theatrical music only) and the like.
Tariff K is for concerts. The Tariff applies to musical copyrights (the rights of composers, lyricists and publishers) and to neighbouring rights (performers’ and producers’ rights) which are in the purview of SWISSPERFORM. SUISA represents SWISSPERFORM as the central collecting agency for Tariff K.
